The PrizeVaultUSA Monthly Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of PrizeVaultUSA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible to participate.
To enter, visit prizevaultusa.com during the entry period and complete the official entry form with all required information, including your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar month. Multiple entries from the same person in a single month will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
The Sweepstakes operates on a rolling monthly basis. Each monthly entry period begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received during each monthly period will be eligible for that month's drawing only.
Prize details, values, and quantities will be announced on the prizevaultusa.com website. Actual prize fulfillment is subject to sponsor availability and verification of winner eligibility. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of PrizeVaultUSA. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each monthly entry period. Drawings will be conducted within ten (10) business days following the close of each monthly entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Potential winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where permitted, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the required documents are not returned within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PrizeVaultUSA, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. PrizeVaultUSA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who violates these Official Rules. PrizeVaultUSA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PrizeVaultUSA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
